What is Assistance with Daily & Household Tasks?
Assistance with Daily & Household Tasks is an NDIS-funded support that helps you manage the practical side of everyday life — from personal care and meal preparation to household chores and errands.
At AACA, we never apply a one-size-fits-all approach. We take the time to understand your daily routine and individual needs, so that the support you receive feels natural, respectful, and genuinely helpful. We are also flexible with scheduling, including availability after hours and on weekends.
What's included?
- Assistance with personal care, including showering, dressing, shaving, and oral hygiene
- Moving and transferring support in and out of bed
- Meal preparation and assistance with feeding
- Grocery shopping and collection of prescriptions
- Laundry, including sorting, washing, and drying clothes and bedding
- General housework, including cleaning, ironing, and washing up
- Assistance with toileting and continence management
- Medication reminders and administration support
- Transport to appointments in a carer’s vehicle or private hire
