What is Community Access?
Community Access is an NDIS-funded support that helps you participate in social, recreational, and community activities outside of your home. It is about more than just getting from place to place — it is about building confidence, developing new skills, and living life on your own terms.
At AACA, we work with you to develop a personalised community participation plan, connecting you with local organisations, groups, and activities that align with your interests, goals, and lifestyle. We also take the time to match you with a support worker who is the right fit for you personally.
